Overview

I oversaw the full SDLC for a bills-payment mobile app inside a 20+ person delivery team, acting as the bridge between the client's vision and the technical team. I directed improvements across the core flows — dashboard, loading, login/sign-up, saved-card payments and bill-due notifications — as sole owner of the product backlog.
