Overview
I worked as the business analyst on a bills-payment mobile app inside a 20+ person organization spanning iOS, Android and POS development, QA, UI/UX, product ownership and project management. I introduced Definitions of Ready and Done where none existed, broke features into testable front-end, back-end and POS tickets, and brought analytics, support and cross-device findings into backlog discussions — giving product ownership the evidence behind what got built or fixed next.
